The rooms were all spotless and stocked with kitchen as well as a bar. The staff was very amiable, attentive, and everything was fabulous. The location was absolutely perfect, around 4-6 minutes walk from Thomas Wolfe Memorial.

The professional staff upgraded us to a brand-new room for a chest of drawers. The hotel's position was ideal and best possible, right in the center of everything. What's more, it was so close to nice shops, restaurants and breweries and Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway and National Forests.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel nestled right downtown. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and amazing restaurants within walking distance. The building itself was stunning, with beautiful brick walls and artwork that added to the unique and homey ambience. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a full kitchen and complementary snacks and drinks downstairs. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a huge plus, allowing me to freshen up my clothes before leaving. The staff was courteous and helpful, making sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in the heart of the city.
